With nearly 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, Jen has built a successful career focused on insurance defense litigation and coverage work, representing both personal and commercial line insurance carriers in coverage, first-party and bad faith matters, and insureds in third-party tort matters.

When not working on cases, Jen is committed to helping her clients succeed. In 2013, she founded Claims University, which offers on-going training and education for claims handlers. She also serves as a CLE presenter for various State Bar organizations.
